    Kick Ass After-market Driver (KAAD)
    The proper wheel could cut it. I looked at cutting mine. The top is unique for the mounting and support of the cleat. But the pin can be removed from the base to remove the base/foot and the I-bar can then be cut at the bottom. For the time being, because I wanted to test the armor tech brackets, I simply rotated the cleat at the top of the jack 90 degrees. I intend to cut a couple inches off mine to allow for rotating the cleat back. I could likely do yours as well when the time comes. If you are jonesin' and don't want to wait or try the wheel, find a buddy with a band saw. It is probably your best option. If you try a hand held hacksaw you'll just be pissed off and fully drunk by the time you finish. Plus your cut will likely be crooked. A step up would be a sawz-all with a metal blade. I'd prefer the wheel over either of those two however.

    I dunno man, the bars for these jacks are solid as hell. I think a hacksaw could take like a few hours/blades. That being said, I may give it a whirl.


    Yeah we'll see. Thanks for the info; if I try anything I'll let you know. I'd only have to take off a little to make it fit, but it's gonna be a bear - I know it.

    I think you'll be surprised how quick a grinding wheel will cut that with relative ease. It'll get hot though and you'll want a spare wheel or two... Good luck.

    That's a lot of snow! Nothing in the city but rain. Office closed though. I'll take it.

    On another note, are any of you guys sitting on a boatload of .22LR ammo? I picked up a Ruger 10/22 Takedown this past weekend while home in WV and can't find any anywhere. I've got 100 rounds of .45 ammo to trade, and cash, if you're interested in dumping some.
