    When you guys say you buy protein in bulk how much bulk exactly do you mean?(3-5?), I'm almost done with some gnc stuff I had and not sure which to get next.

    Try to keep your protein shake consumption to a minimum. Most of your protein should be coming from real foods (chicken, eggs, fish etc) shakes are just there to help supply. High quality protein from whole foods will give you quality muscle gains.

    Not sure how these other guys are going through 10lbs of protein shakes in one week. I go through 10lbs in a month.

    i hardly do any shakes anymore eat healthy food and as much as i and guess what? I weigh more and am more ripped than ever without supps!! On deadlift day i do drink a red bull for motivation :anonymous:

    I find it harder to gain mass in my legs than upper body. I have to work my calves twice a week for me to even notice I even have some.

    Anyone else have that issue?

    that might work if you are cutting but if you bulk its pretty hard man,
    you know how much meat i will have to eat to get 400g of protein and 10mg of creatine? i'd be shitting bricks.

    Everyone should reserch anything they take in their body because not all protein powder are made equal, some have tons of fillers which is whey they are so cheap.

    2 PR's this week, deadlifting 335 now and Benching 245 for reps, 90 lb dumbbells on incline now too. Best week for numbers ive ever had in the gym.

    I find it for calves you cant really blast them every day for it to get big, i hit them hard 1 day a week, so they get the whole week to recover because we use our calves too much in our daily lives. i do mod weight mod reps ,then leavy weight low reps then light weight high reps to burn them off, and my calves are now bigger than my arms, 19 inches arms are 18.25 inches. with no pump.

    Got that fucking cobra traps, looking good dude.
    i can't do low weight and hi reps , takes too much toll on my joints, but i do mod weight 10-12 rep, i see some people do super light and 20-25 reps, that to me is just tedious
