    This was breakfast. Spinach eggs (egg whites) with sausages underneath and premelted cheese drissled on top before closing the sandwich.

    Also, probably the juicest orange I have ever eaten.

    Here are some of pics from friday night.

    3 shell steaks about 2" thick. 4 filets mignons around 8 ounces each. Here they are getting to room temp with fresh ground black pepper and salt.

    Here it some of it plated, everything was pretty much plated as it was ready.... I threw the steaks in the smoker with hardwood charcoal and pieces of wood. There was a lot of char on the shell steak since I put them on a little too soon.

    Some flags and center console divider... lots of things on the wanted list.
    I just had some Lemon lime garlic chicken grilled with diced bacon for lunch and grill veggies on the side. I didn't take a picture of it though :(. Too many people tried stealing my stuff from me as well

    Went a little old school today for dinner. I made a version of a chicken cacciatore, emptied the fridge out on this one. Went low and slow, braised it for over 4 hours.
