    I still have my 10lbs bag and its been half a school year. I used to only take 1 -1.5 scoops a day.
    Thats what Im doing as well. Start with mod weight for 10-15 reps, 2 sets, then blast them 40 reps 2 sets, and sometimes throw in like an 8 rep heavier set.
    :eek::eek: WHY?
    OMG i have never laughed so hard hahahahaha :rofl:
    Stronglifts helped me for about a month but then I plateaued on everything except deads. Im done w/ SL for a while. Im just switching it up to see what works for my body.
    Touche sir. When I overhead press, I look like a newborn baby trying to walk while lifting the fucking world above my head all while shitting out a power rack.

    Yeah man. I'm hoping in another month or two I'll have shed enough body fat to start bring my cal intake back up.

    Man that's some good shit! you'll be doing just fine eating like this, don't forget to take before and after pics.

    ps: i'd ditch the chocolate milk for a regular, cuz 95g of sugar from one drink is bananas lol

    Oh okay yeah didn't really look at that. I just thought it was good because its a good post workout drink if you don't have proteinz. Should I do skim or 2%?

    Skim, 78g is plenty of fat for funtion circulation and muscle building, anymore and you'll be slowing down progress. also see if you can kick up your protein intake up to 170ish, less fat less sugar more protein, and make sure you at least get a serving of veggie and fruits a day for phytonutrients. and of course TRAIN LIKE HELL!

    Looks decent, but..........my theory (and it's just that) is "stimulate dont annihilate!" You grow from rest and isolation isn't needed until you have some size to work with. General volume guidlines for strength & size is 25-50 reps per exercise (5x5 + 3x8 is good idea).

    Try 3 days a week of full body compounds alternating workouts A & B or 3 days with push/pull in the same alternating fashion. This gives enough rest to add a day or 2 of hill sprints for cardio/lactate training!

    Workout A - Deadlift, Chin Ups (to target bi's more) or Pull Ups, Bench (finish with 25-50 burpees for time)
    Workout B - Squat, Row, Military Press (finish with 3x max push ups/ez-curls 50lbs)

    Or

    Push - Squat, Bench, Military Press (3x max diamond push ups to target tri's)
    Pull - Deadlift, Chin Ups or Pull Ups, Rows (3x max DB curls)
