Guys, I'm planning on making a slab run this weekend sometime. I haven't used the 4wd really in my truck yet and I want to see if anything is going to break locally. Let me know if anyone wants to join me.

I would, but the truck is still at Bill's. Contemplating on paying the labor and have a truck for 2 months to drive back and forth to work so kerri can drive mine to Helena and back, or continue to get dropped off at work and continue to wait for someone to pick me up..... Or wait for taxes and get her car fixed and sold then buy me a Runner!!!

Hey guys, would anybody close to Opelika have a Spring Compressor that I could borrow? 5100's will arrive Monday.

If not, has anybody had a shop do the assembly for them in and/or around Opelika/Auburn?

Um...hi. Well see, I have been told that I am a Tacoma addict, but I really don't think I am. The only reason I come to this forum is because I think they are cool trucks. I'm not really an addict....I don't think.....um...crap...

Hi! I'm Bill, and I am a Tacoma addict.......I feel better now.

yes there is many options when you have a bed rack im mainly using mine to mount my kayak mount on for kayak fishing but can be used for many other things in the future like roof top tent or spare or off road storage the many options is endless

Well, I went to the slab today to test the 4x4. While trying to climb a rock wall, I managed to break my brand new $200 Warn hubs. I haven't opened up the front yet to see what's in there, but I believe the previous owner welded the front end. I guess it's time to rebuild my stock hubs that I took off the truck. I don't think the hubs are the problem by the way. I believe the welded front end is going to destroy any hubs I put on it.

Either an SAS or a truck with a factory solid axle is in my future. This is the first IFS 4x4 that I have ever owned, all before were factory solid axles. I'm pretty unimpressed with the durability.

If the front was welded, wouldn't you notice it while turning on pavement???
