    Yeah my skids from the front one all the way back to the Tcase are going to be 1/4". The fuel tank one I chose to be 3/16" to save weight (I already have a 1.25" taco lean...) and because I don't think protecting the fuel tank is critical. How many guys out there even have skids for their fuel tank? I never saw anybody selling them for Tacoma's either (at least 2nd gens).

    nah that doesn't help from bending. Having a piece of angle iro welded across the plate in a few places does though ive seen.

    No worries. They will protect the rig either way. As said before..might just be a bitch getting then on and off once they have been well used :D haha
