Get your alignment verified, check your tires for any wear/impact damage, and stop redlining the truck :D

I'd still get the alignment checked. Even if you don't notice it's out, the tire that took the impact might be shifted slightly, having 3 tires going perfectly straight and the one fighting the rest... causing resistance and bringing your mpg down. It's only about $80 at most shops, if that. Some won't even charge if they don't have to align it.

Do you have a skid plate on it? I'm pretty sure, but hate to tell you, but I think something on the underside or something with the tires could be messed up. When they pull vehicles out of ditches, they don't go easy on it. It'll tear the underside of your truck up if they didn't be careful. Best of luck on finding your solution! :)

Also, I doubt there's much if any damage... just saying it'd be worth a try. It could just be rising temp and changes in the fuel. Also, have you been going to the same fuel station, and are you using 91 and good gas (Shell, Cheveron, QT, ect)? I've used costco gas before in my 3000gt and i dropped about 3-4mpg using that crap...

    Good Question-

If it was at any sort of speed or if they were rough at all with the truck pulling it out-It's possible you had a vacuum line or air duct/line fall off etc etc, hurting your MPGs.
The alignment could also be the culprit...Check under the truck to make sure nothing is stuck up there and that everything looks right (Take photos if you aren't sure...)

Nothing special at the moment just a K&N air filter.
    Silverback's Idea is good.

Aliginment could be a problem but so could low tire pressure and bent components. Just had a dodge 1ton in the shop to replace a lower pitman arm slight bend 0 pull but crappy fuel mileage. Owner thought it was an alignment issue.
