    This is the first time i ever been seriously cutting and this is pretty miserable to be honest. but my BF and weight and waist are just fucking melting off. maybe when i get to 25% bf i'll give my self a cheat day.

    Just lowered my daily intake to 1500. Went to the gym today and the scale said I'd lost 3lbs overnight.. lol ggained all of it back by getting wings qnd a beer at dinner tho lol

    Well its 1500 overall.. so today I ate 1940 but lost 460 at the gym so I'm 20 calories below my goal

    Ya, I bonked today after a 3mile trail run with hills.......only had 500cal shake 2hrs before and an orange recovery rockstar with BCAA's prior to the run!

    Came home and made some food and didn't give a shit what I ate! Been doing 1,600 calories and am losing inches everyday I wake up but it's sucks if recovery isn't taken seriously.......I think I just burned too many calories!

    i know i can't keep this up much longer, i'll have to take a break soon, because im eating about 2000-2100 cal, and im in the gym 2 hours doing balls to the walls heavy lifts, then 15min cardio. so i imagine im well over 1000+ below maintance.

    Damn dude.. ever try insanity or p90x.. even when I was at my peak as far as being in shape insanity kicked my ass.. it was probably the best workout I ever did

    How do you guys hit your macros with so little calories? I'm barely hitting my macros at 2000 calories.

    Did 1.5 round of p90x and 1 round of insanity, lost about 20lbs of fat and about 15lbs of muscle. it ain't for me.

    I didn't work out till I was 20, started in boot camp...of course my body style is different. I have maybe been above 10% bf once or twice.

    7 years ago I was 155 lbs at 20 years old, today I am 27 years old and 195 lbs, same bf % or less, and I don't give a shit what I eat....ice cream, beer, had a Wendy's triple cheeseburger and some fries today...but, I get most of my food in between 2pm and 8pm...with snacking on peanuts and protein bars earlier.

    Macro shmacko, IDGAF....I eat food, I lift things, I feel good.
