    OKay here is a rant
    Im getting fucking sick of my gym, it smells like shit, weights are falling apart, place is tiny as hell, i can live with all that.
    But when you tell me to quiet it down everytime i lift heavy and i make a little grunt noise or everytime my barbell touch the rack and make a noise, or i drop my dumbells 4 inches front the ground, that's where i draw the line. it's a fucking gym not a dance studio, it's bad enough i have to workout with gym full of twig high shool kids and soccer moms but now i have to extra sensitive and and be quiet as possible? GO FUCK YOUR SELF WITH A CACTUS!!!!!

    Only gym at my area is 24 hour fitness which is a little better, and this gym i go to fitness 19, its about 10 mins closer. im thinking about swtiching. at least at 24hr fitness they are ghetto enough to not give a fuck.

    I've never been to a ghetto 24 hour fitness, those places are usually super nice.

    My gf goes to planet fitness, she says its cheap, and she can tan for free....and there is a hydro-massage. IDGAF, I ain't goin to planet fitness....

    i go to 19 because my best friend goes there and one dude i train with goes there, but i've been having way better workouts by myself lately, i think im just gonna ditch everybody and go to 24.

    i can live with that it's' just that my best friend is doing this 20-25 rep fitness model shit, and my training partner is not as strong so we kept having to switch weights, and plus he talks too much. just STFU and lift.

    Do you have a fast metabolism? I've tried working out without counting macros and I never seen my abs. So I'm trying it this way now.

    I don't grunt on purpose, when i lift heavy my body just does it by itself. when im sitting on the bench i don't wanna bend down to put the db away cuz my lower back will start popping, so i keep my back straight, lower the DB to where my ankle is and drop them bitches.
