Want to buy used Donahoe Coils

Is there anyway to get the stage 1 icon shocks without the resevoir by themselves? because all i can find is the package with the front coils and the shocks together.

those are them! so for a 100 more than the 5100s ill have a better ride? and cranking my coils up to get 2.25" of lift, wont affect the ride quality?

 

Any additional preload will result in a harsher ride. Icons are much stiffer than the stock shocks on the street, but only because they are digressive and made for being buttery offroad. Which, trust me, they are.

 

I find them pretty nice on the road in the 2-2.5" lift range......once they're cranked to 3"+ you only have 1" of down travel and that's what makes the ride harsh!
