Guyana has some serious jungles. Went there last year during the summer. I never knew it was majority jungle until we took the plane ride to Kaieteur Falls. Both of my parents are from Guyana, and i still have some family there.

'09 Dbl cab, TRD suspension plus 2" lift, LEDS, FJ TRD rims. All around pretty mild.
    Awesome build(s).
One question (maybe two or three), although the snorkel is a twelve on coolness scale of 1-10, does it serve any real purpose? There is so much computer shit that is four feet below your intake...The ECU, the Yawl sensor (on the floor). did you seal the ECU and remove the yawl?
I wouldn't even want to know how that truck would act w/ that BS VSC still active.

The snorkel is more for bringing in cleaner air, than making a Tacoma a submarine

Yes it does, we have flooded whoop TE doos and small creek crossings where the water sometimes gets over the hood. You can see a creek crossing in the last set of pics posted on previous page. Most serious off road trucks in Guyana have snorkels .

That Taco has dual batteries with Columbia Overland Tray.

    http://www.columbiaoverland.com/product/toyota-tacoma-2nd-generation-2005-current-dual-battery-tray

It is a close fit but needs better security from off road vibrations.. It was finally bolted directly to the fender.
