There would be zero room to work. And my spanner that I ended up finding is huge.

Worth it IMO to just remove the 3 other bolts and have so much more room to work.

That's what I keep hearing. And w/ the suspension at full droop the Uca was right in front of the adj collar, and there was no way I could get any tools in there.

And if I jacked up the lca at all, there was way too much tension on the coils to turn the collar.

Maybe because I have 2.0's and the proportions are different?

Now that you mention it, after i rebuilt mine i adjusted them on the truck and the uca was in the way, i couldn't have cranked them down much more without it totally blocking then.

    Replaced my r&p bushings.

I love running air tools off my new C02 tank, no room in the garage for an air compressor. The thing worked perfect.

Big difference w/ the new bushings?

I did poly bushings, and a whole new r&p, plus new tie rods...so I have no idea what just the bushings felt like.

    What I have done recently:
    • Blacked out the billet grill and added a TRD emblem
    • Ordered new headlights for future HID retrofit
    • De-badged
    • Removed K&N FPIK (from previous owner) and re-installed stock intake. I didn't care for the extra intake noise at the expense of a couple HP.

I felt a little difference, still trying to feel it out. It's been pouring cats & dogs all day today, so my focus while driving has been on the lack of skills of other drivers, not my ride.

When I went for an alignment, they told me that the r&p bushing and lca bushings need replacing. I know my brakes are a little warped too, but I think some of the vibration on braking has gone away.

Picked up the caliper paint to finish up my tundra brake mod. Hopefully next weekend I will get that installed and will be able to determine if I really need to do the lca bushings.

I have a bin full of parts for my truck. Now that the r&p bushings box is out of the way, I can move on to my Tundra brake mod, once thats done, I need to do the valve cover gaskets and I got the spark plug tube seals to go along with it. I am not sure what else is in the box.... guess I will find out when I get to the bottom of it.

    How loud is the beeping?

I've had mine over 90 in 4-high, on a gravel road, and didn't hear any beeps, but It may have been drowned out by the road noise.

The beeping occurs when you are going over 65mph and trying to engage 4WD.

They are, unless they do a 4wd conversion.
