Could I make the argument my prerunner is more capable in the snow then a stock 4*4

    Thanks! He knows to clear the way of the truck ;) I agree I thought I wasn't going to make it up that without sliding into those trees. That's no lift, no lockers either. Tacoma ftw. Once I got stuck, it took 3 hummed to get to me. They all had 33"+ and lockers. And they couldn't get to me without recovering each other. I was in some deep stuff that day.

    Except for me, lol I live in the South, and snow comes just about as often as it rains pigs. I accept that if i were to go up north i would convert my truck to 4x4 or get a 4x4 vehicle, this entire thread has been a big fail, 4x2 and 4x4 are two very different things. 4x2 will never be as effective as a 4x4, but for where i live, and what i do with it, it does everything to perfection. :cool:

    3" lift. American racing 15'' rims. 33x12.50 BFG A/T tires. tool box. ARB bumper, mile marker winch, kc highlights. No carpet inside sprayed with bed liner. Kicker door speakers. Alpine head unit.
    I don't know 4x4 has saved the day on too many occasions for me. Hell just tonight alone 2wd wasn't getting me up a small hill at the local pizza shop. Too much snow and ice, so I popped her into 4 wheel and did work :rolleyes:.
