    ...too much shit to list.
It's just to enter your plea, no you don't need a lawyer at that time unless you are trying to get it thrown out early.

So long as you do not wave your right to a speedy trial, they have to give you a trial date within 30 days after arraignment or entry of plea, whichever occurs later. If they give you a court date 31 days after you say not guilty, thank them and walk out quietly and happily. You can automatically win your case when you return (so long as you did not wave your right to a speedy trial) just by stating the above.

I believe you want an attorney for your hearing on Tuesday. Your attorney should speak for you.

Having an attorney at this hearing could, potentially, get the case tossed on Tuesday. Having an attorney present may also help you through any legal (like waiving your right to a speedy trial) pitfall.

You could make it the style of a concession stand. frame it up with square tubing, rivet on some sheet steel. You can also make it so that all the sides swing up and you have an open air setup w/shade when you get to a location.

Well, poop. I'll be flying solo Tuesday as there's no way I can get a lawyer by then.

What is a decent asking price for my old tires? 265/65R17 Toyo Open Country AT with only one patch. I had these on my truck for 30K, and they have plenty of life left.

    Even wear on all four
