I think you guys are missing his point, not that i agree or disagree with the op.
I may be wrong, but it's not that he thinks he has a lesser quality vehicle, but he does not want to support mexico when he could be supporting california.
correct me if im wrong OP.

If I'm right, I completely agree with the op wanting to support locally.
Look into it some more before you get too upset, it may only be part of the vehicle.

Id do the same job for half of that! cmon 75 bucks an hour to do the same thing over and over again??? cmon what did they think was gonna happen? I like how somebody that puts wheels on gets 75 bucks and hour and the technician that has to fix the damn cars gets almost nothing

Either way its still made my homeboy... They should just start labeling their products "Made by Mexicans" or "Made by Chinos". It would be much easier for racist people that way.

i say let capitalism rule, if its cheaper for tacomas to be built in mexico then shipped over here fine, it means that my truck will be slightly less expensive and i trust Toyota's quality control to provide me with an excellent truck no matter where its made

the funny thing is that even if they are made in Mexico, we still import them.... and they are more expensive here than up there... funny huh?
