Don't go to many concerts, but saw Corey Smith a couple weeks ago. Been listening to him for probably 8-9 years now.. first time seeing him live.

Also saw Zac Brown Band last summer.

Went to an awesome concert yesterday. PBS filmed it for a documentary and if you see it on, I highly recommend watching. It's called Bluegrass Underground and was filmed in the Cumberland Caverns in middle Tennessee. Yesterday was the North Mississippi Allstars, Woods Brothers, Yonder Mountain String Band and The Infamous Stringdusters. It didnt get nearly as jammy as it could have due to each band only having 40 minutes, but the Infamous Stringdusters were absolutely amazing.

    I haven't been to a concert in 15 years!!!

Has anyone been to the Red Rocks Amphitheater in Colorado?

My husband and I have a trip planned to see Zac Brown at the Red Rocks Ampitheater in May. Can't wait!! Anything I need to know about this place before we go? Suggestions?

We also have tickets to see Kenny Chesney in Philadelphia in July. Anyone been to a Kenny Chesney concert? Is there some serious tailgating Jimmy Buffet style? :D

Did you get general admission or Reserved?

If you got reserved then no need to worry about getting a good seat. You'll want to go early either way to take it all in.

The reserved seats are in the middle, with general admission in the first 24 rows and then the last 10 rows. You do not want to be in the last 10 rows.

Tailgaiting early is the thing to do.

I'll tell you more if you have general admission.

Saw Bon Jovi yesterday - lost interest in them after their New Jersey album, but my wife wanted to go (plus my company has a suite at Nationwide Arena). Good show though.

Saw Trans Siberian Orchestra in December - fantastic show! Definitely will go again this year if they roll into town.

Recently? Umm... I think the most recent concert I went to was Devo at the Eagles Hippodrome in Seattle in '83. Great time! Yeah, it's been a while.

Reserved.... and at the end of an isle.

We won't be tailgating.... But we'd love to walk around and enjoy the festivities! I'll have to look at the theatre and the park more closely. I hope the weather is decent (no rain and 50degrees or more)
