    Haha my bad I kinda misspelled on that post but I fixed it. No I meant Pete does all his grilling on that small girl and he makes everything look great.

    I have used my kitchen aid to make hamburger meat, never tried the food processor. Do you have to chop the meat super small before throwing it in the FP?

    back to bone stock.
    Cut it into one inch chunks. Put chunks in freezer for about 40 minutes to make them firm. Chop in about 3/4lb batches. Don't overwork meat. Just push it together gently. I don't own a meat grinder so the is my only option. Thx!

    That is cool, I have the grinder for the kitchen aid. The food processor seems like it would be a little easier and quicker for sure. But the last 2 or 3 times I have ground meat I did almost 10 lbs.

    wow!! 10lbs?

    i usually grind right before i cook. try grinding skirt steak (what i just used) with boneless ribs. 50-50..you will be blown away!!

    i needed more salt with mine tonight. i was amazed how much salt was needed.

    i never could get stuffed peppers..my peppers are raw, and the stuffing is not. i need them to meet in the middle.

    here..i kept it simple tonight.

    I havent watched the show in years but I started DVR'ing this season so I'll get around to watching them. ;) I liked that preview commercial with that girl saying....."do you need another beef wellington along with the redo or just the redo and no beef wellington?"........."GET OUT!"

    ^She was having a break down... that was funny. The whole 2 hours was good. I like the show and always have.
