Could a bent coil bucket be due to it not bumping soon enough? I noticed all the bolts on my coil bucket pointing outward. Is this the shock bottoming out then transferring it all to the coil bucket?. When I set the bumps I have a set of saws I was using, but I haven't cycled it with the kings

Bottoming out hard without bumps will acelerate the process of a bent coil bucket, but dampening over time without reinforcing the coil bucket will cause it to bend also.

I have the tc coil bucket gussets, so I was surprised to see it was bent. I hasn't effected the align ment at all, like negative camber or anything but the top of the coil bucket is just kinda rounded

Bumping it before shocks bottoming out would have prevented that. Oh well, at least you have more up travel now.

How rounded you talking? Gotta pic?
My factory buckets themselves did look a little rounded.

Watch them for more bending, install a decondary shock hoop that eill support the top. I looked at it and it didnt look too bad. And for bumps i noticed you got stock ones only one per side , if you can cycle it andrun the bumps me and jason run.

I don't have any pics, ill get some once I get the truck back. It's 2 hours away right now. And I did notice the rounding slightly even before lt
I'm planning on running a secondary soon and the stock bumps are just there temporarily until I find a set of 2.0 4" king bumps

for the front you need 2 inch stroke bump stops, not 4 inch. if you have 4 inch bump stops you will be hitting them at ride height.

I heard ya. The 2.5 travel is an different body just about 1.5" shorter. The 3" & 4" use the same body.

I always thought the same thing from going off Fox's measurements but then saw this, the 2.5" body is def shorter than the 4"s
