I actually used one of those ^^ last night to torque down my axle nut at the shop I was replacing my wheel bearing at. It's nice, but I like my Harbor Freight one better.

Had a Crapsman one that I bought for like $90.00 that broke after a few months. Could have replaced it for free but since Crapsman was bought out by some Chinese company recently, I'm no longer buying their tools.

Not sure that Craftsman was sold to a Chinese company, though I've found plenty of info about the vast majority of their tools now being produced in China. I haven't purchased a Craftsman tool in many years and don't think I ever will again. If I want a tool made by a Chino, I'll just go to Harbor Freight with The Traveler.

 

LULZ I guess that's what I meant...not that I care the Chinese made it, I'm just boycotting Craftsman because they took American Jobs and gave it to the Chinese. Stuff that have always been made in China is good in my book...just don't like the outsourcing after all these years.

Meh, I get it and can understand why they might be outsourcing. I actually have less of an issue there, but rather I take issue that they haven't been forthright with the information that the product wasnt Made in America, as it had always been. Like most things in life, relationships are built on trust and perhaps more important than the fact that there tools were made in America, was their reputation. Unfortunately, I don't feel like I can trust Sears or Craftsman any more after the shinanigans they've pulled. So, I've decided to severe the relationship. As far as the outsourcing, blame your fellow voters for the choices they make at the ballot box. Industry can only sustain so much restriction and added costs via government mandate before they begin to explore options.

The jokes don't upset me. its OK, Your just jealous you don't get to taze anyone. And actually you could if you buy one. Its not illegal in CA to own and carry a Taser openly or concealed (except in 'sterile' areas like airports and schools and gov't buildings). As long as you carry the "c" model (civilian) unless your certified then you can carry the LE version. Same difference though pretty much. You can get a civilian model for under $500. LE models are about $1200+ but its worth every penny once you get to use it
