qucik question for you guys "if your mom slapped you what would you do?"

 

My mom slapped me a few times when I was a kid. Not like abusive slaps but because I was a rebel and didn't listen. I knew I was gonna get slapped but I did it anyways. I just took it like a boss. Depends on your scenario I guess.

Why would I make a build thread for something that's already built? Haha

I was thinking earlier...remember when we had to use actual maps and not a GPS?

 

So you bought it? And I still used maps for land nav

 

Mapquest used to be the biggest lifesaver ever. I remember when we had to use a gps and not a cell phone.

 

Google Maps and Iphone now-a-days... I hated mapquest.. always slow and shitty... then print the map so you knew where you were going... give me turn by turn any day!

 

Just bought the last thing for my tacoma... Bed Mat... done! Ill purchase more for it after May! lol

 

I mean maps in general for basic travel like the old days. No, bought it stock. The build threads I've always seen show the build in progress and mine is pretty much done other than what I've mentioned.

 

No pics building it? And using a map for land nav is travel?? Lol

 

Very true, although at bars/clubs or whatever they are by my campus, a lot of girls are ordering drinks too. But, I'd have to agree in most instances the job favors a woman.

I have a few "funny car" pics of it and some tire comparisons and some odd and ends here and there but not enough for a build thread I don't think. lol





And ugh...I have to stay up from midnight to 6 am tonight doing a mare watch shift...about 3 hours left now and my partner fell asleep on me.

 

What's a mare watch?

I work 11-7

 

I'm taking a horse foaling class this semester and we have a large equine reproduction center at school. Once a month we have a shift where we watch the mares to see if they start to go into labor. If so we call people that are in charge of the mare. So they are under the watch of somebody 24/7. I'm watching a monitor with two of them on it but I still have to go out every 30 minutes to check on a few that are off screen.
