will these calipers fit with FJ trail team rims?

    anyone know if these will fit my 2nd gen '05 running the trailteams? I tried stoptech website and can't get the answer...

    The brake pads that are used for those calipers are not the same ones used for the 2nd gen Tacoma's. Would be interesting to see the data on the calipers and the performance.Looks like it is not the standard stock replacement calipers.

    That caliper is just a regular Toyota one, not a TRD or Stoptech's big brake kit. Both TRD and Stoptech calipers are 6 piston and that caliper is clearly a 4 piston (OEM on Tacoma's) the seller even states in his ad that its 4 piston.

    Check out this page that comes up when I search that part number he has in the ad. Scroll to the bottom and you'll see a diagram for a 6 piston caliper

    So are you saying that he has a four piston caliper in a box with the part number for a six piston caliper?

    I actually went to see the calipers...I told the guy his ad was misleading/dishonest...he said "oh, my brother wrote it wrong" or something...not cool
