    Another thought...it never showed Andrea arranging the meeting? Could she have gone to the prison, seen the weapons, and then mentioned it?

    The govenor is pissed at Meryl because he was ordered to follow Machone when she left and kill her. Machone escaped and Meryl knew the young kid would squeal on him so him killed the young kid. When Meryl retuned to Woodbury he lied to the governor and said he killed Machone. What a surprise when Machone came back and took the governor's eye out and started the whole war thing.

    Nope, the last we saw of Andrea was driving away from the prison before she pulled the knife out while the Governor was sleeping. Before she left the prison there was no reference to anything related to a meeting. Last weeks episode just threw us into the meeting.
