That's seems more appropriate. Calling the runner a race care is pushing it with my big ass tires I cant get out of my own way :)

It's all about track days. Work on sprints. Anywhere from 1/4 mile up to 1 mile.
Best way to lower your two mile time.
A sub 14 or 15 two mile time is still good though. The APFT is not a good way to judge fitness levels. I max it, but so can the 140lb nerd that only does morning PT, but yet can't even do a full pull-up.
Different strokes for different folks, but unless you're frowned upon for not running a sub 13 two mile, I wouldn't worry too much about it.

You go to the physical therapy place and they use a bunch of little measuring tools and shit to figure it out.

We do the nearly naked mile too. I don't know if they donate the clothes though. All the frat f*gs take it pretty seriously and get special underwear for it.

7% is pretty low. Not saying it's impossible, but I wouldn't trust those numbers. Most people rolling in at 7 are bb'ers who measure their intake, Strict health freaks, or collegiate sprinters.

Well sprints it is. Running sprints will shoot up your two mile time, which is essentially a loooong sprint.

It is low but it's pretty realistic. I'm 6'5'', 195lbs. Skinny arms and legs, practically no gut. I look pretty much like the 7% guy on this site, except probably taller.

Yeah there's a lot of guys that wear the man thongs and banana hammocks and even the Borat V thong thing lol And some wear diapers which is kind of creepy. Some of it's pretty blinding haha But my god it's so much fun.

Same here, I went from 295 --> 245 and I am still gradually losing weight, just by counting calories.

Nice work! Im the opposite, in a good way though. When I started with the new fire department I work for I was 210, now 6 months later Im 226 and but its just muscle weight and I look skinnier in my belly. Nice work to you though by being accountable and counting calories. I have noticed since being in my later 20's I have had to start doing this, could be the fact I drink a ton of beer on my days off and need to cut that back! :)
