No prob! Arches National Park doesn't have any offroading (for tourist mostly) and Sand Flats has a few easy areas you can play around on (and a few harder things) but they have camping there as well.

 

I thought there was the one trail that goes out of arches, very easy trail like 7 miles out and back to view an arch?

How would i go about installing a second battery? i want to run a 200W machine but the original power inverter in the bed isn't enough is there a way i can install a battery and Indepentally(sp?) send the power too the outlet using the machine? id be using it while the truck is running and when it is just in park not running but keys on. Is this possible?

128 will have good spots as it follows the colorado

kane creek road has some nice spots down there

bfe is free and has some views of the la sal mountains

there's some BLM land backing into arches that has some nice spots i bet..


i'd say if you want to get creative and find a random spot, take the blm use maps and a satellite image and follow some roads out to nice overviews.

we stayed here once, 38.492529, -109.653751, which had some cliff over views of the colorado. you could also explore up into the cliffs a bit and there were some nice camping spots up there with a higher vantage point of the area...just had to deal with the occasional scenic tour planes flying through the canyon n the morning haha

or even continue past the salt farms on potash/shafer road and find a spot back in there overlooking the colorado...amazing views back in there

 

Google dual battery set ups on TW. There are a couple of write ups on it. You would need to run the 2 batteries, an isolator, aux. fuse block, and a possibly a relay designed for an outlet that you will need to wire into the cab. Curious do you mind me asking what you will need to be running?

Well ive had to wear oxygen lately due to my worstening condition and i have a machine that makes pure oxygen which would be alot nicer then having to drag around a 45 liter tank with me in the back of my truck to fill up smaller tanks that only last around 2 hours. Id only bring the machine with me for long trips like a full day of offroading. I have a generator if i want to camp or anything. im just not going to let this oxygen problem stop me for doing what i love.

 

LOL id just grow that shit at my house, its legal and i could get my card in a second. haha

Yah ive only had to wear it for a couple months and im going bat crazy just staying home. I have to do something everyday, weither it be walking the dog or washing and cleaning the truck... I dont care i just cant handle being cooped up. I want to go offroading and do everything that anyone else does!

Don't need a card to consume or grow for that matter. If he meant to go to a dispensary and buy then that's a different story but he made it sound like he was going to grow and consume.

 

Its legal to grow plants without a card now too...gotta love amendment 64.
