You guys drink too much caffeine then. haha. When you drink lots of caffeine your body will come to expect it and will actual release a chemical to counter it when it is anticipating you drinking caffeine. Like if you drink coffee every morning, you're body gets used to this routine and will release that chemical to counter it in the morning. That is why people who don't drink much caffeine get wired from it at first and people who drink it all the time are unphased by it and why if you stop drinking it, you don't function well since your body released that downer but never got the upper to correct it.

I have averaged 2-3 per day for the last few weeks and had 6 or 7 in one day once or twice... I had 2 yesterday and tried to not have any today and got a nasty headache and feel kind of weird, like everything is just kind of dream like around me. haha So I had one a couple hours ago just to fix the headache and ween myself off nicely instead of cold turkey.

Me too!! That is mostly why I drink energy drinks. Not a big fan of coffee though. It's a temperature issue. Has to be really fucking cold outside for me to drink coffee or hot chocolate.

energy drinks are one thing but when you are blantantly destroying your vital organs by cigarettes or letting yourself get overweight is just dumb.
