    It was 3 inch angled blocks. I know shit happens but the guy told me they shipped twice. I dont like being lied to.

    Well it sounds like retarded packaging for a set of 3" blocks. Or at least I can't imagine shipping blocks in an envelope. Medium USPS flat rate is like 10$ or something. So you may have a complaint there if everything else works out.
