The thickness should be fine, as is the coil spacing. The spacing is more than the stock TRD coils, so there is plenty of room to compress them.

Gooie if you are against doing the mods at your shop I will host up the meeting just let me know I have a 2 car garage but no pnuematics, only hand tools so unless esbyota is in we can do it at my place. I live in the northwest part of phx.

I work for Ford so I could have mechanics at work do this for me (for a fee) but I like the hands on approach and like to know as much as my feeble mind will allow about the workings of my vehicle.

So Gooie if you are not comfortable with doing the mods at your location, we can plan on my house. We will need to bring pretty much all the essential tools, jacks, etc I have some handtools but not complete set of metric tools that would probably be necessary for the mods. I hope someone has pneumatic tools that can come. Least we can drink...

I'll bring pneumatic impact... Anyone compressor?

I did my struts last night, both in an hour.

Fuck oreileys, they wouldn't apply the discount cause they didn't know how.

Depending on what anyone's thinking, I've probably done it.

Easy peasy. Get new shock top bushings if possible. Check yours first.

    What combo. Spring/coil?
