I was going to pick up a receiver shackle mount too but I think it will push me over the 50lb weight limit on the plane lol.

There was also an AWACS that went down in the 90s after striking geese. I also think an F22 crashed north of town more recently...

Sucks to leave this earth early. Sucks it had to be during a training exercise for those guys. After every one of those events my dad told me he helped investigate a F15 crash in the Lower 48. Never went into detail, I'm glad he didn't.

The 17 was pilot error too which makes it worse for the families of the others on board. You just can't push a big cargo plane that hard.

Oh nice, yeah I got a good deal too. I see a white lifted taco in Eagle River all the time and his rear is so much lower it looks bad. I've actually seen about three lifted white tacos, I need to do something different to stand out hahaha

A neon orange vinyl wrap would do just the trick.

I see peeps rocking the revtek lift up front only straight from the lot and they look SOO goofy. I always ask myself "do they realize how silly that looks?" Or maybe all they could afford was the front.

I had zero problems with the revtek on my 1st gen. I think the main difference is actual install. But yea. I see trucks on occasion, with the "Kendall" tags still on, and only the front end lifted. Looks odd

Anyone here ever change front wheel bearings on a first gen? From doing a little reading I think that may be what's going out in my left front. Gonna try to narrow it down some more tomorrow. If it does happen to need bearings, anyone free Sunday that wants to make some extra cash/ beer? I have a garage but I lack tools/knowledge to change them out.

I've done both of mine. A good way to check is jack up front end the grab the wheel with one hand on the top and one on the bottom and try and shake it. If there is any movement it's bad but it's not totally 100% it could still be bad. What does it sound like

It's making a real nasty metal on metal grinding noise. It's on and off but when it's on it's pretty bad, I can hear it over my music
EDIT: just got it jacked up, it has a decent bit of play. I think it's toast
