I did paleo for a while being a crossfit guy. It's a lot of work and good for losing weight. It is shit for gaining mass.

I've been doing paleo for years. I love it. Shopping is easy. No grains, legumes, or dairy. Pretty much stick to the fresh food sections.
I don't worry about the sauces though. I just make sure they don't contain milk or grain. So I'm more of a 95% paleo'r.
I didn't have a problem with putting on mass with it. I'd just increase my intake. But the heavier I get, the slower I get. Can't do that for my job. I'm over the whole getting big scene anyway. Lifted for years and while I put on a lot of muscle, I wasn't functional as I wanted/needed to be.

I was gonna say "what is 'real food?" but its looks like it was already taken care of...haha

Yellow 5, guar gum, high fructose corn syrup, and aspartame are not "real food" ;)

I also love dairy products far too much... I pretty much eat a 2lb brick of cheese and drink over a gallon of milk a week myself. Haha good thing I work out 7 days a week.

What does "fire academy" mean? I know what it is, but curious to its point in the sentence.

Diet will determine fat content, but general size is a genetic thing. You can't eat yourself to 3" taller. And if you're 160lbs, you will never look like Arnold, naturally, and even if you do take "supplements" you will still probably not make it.

    Dudes wear girl jeans?

I just got buttfucked by my philosophy midterm. It was all short answer and I'm an engineering major for a reason.

So true. The questions were from a 700 page book I'm not about to read so my grade will reflect that. How he expects us to read 100 pages a week is ludicrous.
