    Looks good OP. I also have both my sub amp and my door speakers amp under my seats and have no overheating problems. Well I actually have once. Partying at Spring River in middle of June, was in the 100 degree area and I had my sterio blasting for 6 hrs and my sub amp finally started to cut out. You should be perfectly fine unless you put it through hell and try to overheat it
