Pinched sciatic nerve in lower back. I fell down because of the pain and had to drag myself to the phone. I have had two ACLs, split sturnum, broken ribs and bounced off a hood of a car when I was rearended on my motorcycle. Nothing was even close the pinched nerve.

I tore my big toe off riding a four wheeler bare footed. Didn't really hurt all that bad though guess when the nerves aren't connected anymore it cant. It was more of an ooh that's not supposed to be like that moment.

I've broken my right hand clean in-half right in front of the knuckles (boxers break, but all 4 instead of the outside two), broken lower ribs, broken nose, dislocated my shoulder, concussions, broken foot, broken toes, tattoos on my wrists (don't laugh, those things are no joke), had a drill go through my left hand and would have all of it done again if I could never have another kidney stone. Stones are the only time that I felt like I was actually going to die.

Ive broken about 5 ribs. They hurt, however, My top 2 pain moments are:

#1. Having my left hand thumb re broken, without being given pain killer prior.

#2. Having the cartlige ripped off 5 ribs on left side of chest.

These should actually be tied for #1, as Its hard to declare wich hurt worse.

Compound fracture of forearm, torn acl and mcl. But the worst pain ever was dislocated shoulder. Popped out and stayed out until I got to ER. Dislocated same shoulder 2 more times but that was nothing.

Yeah, I had to stay at the hospital for over an hour!! Just kidding, I was in the Navy hospital for about 32 days. They ended up cracking 3 ribs fixing the collapsed lung.

I dislocated my knee at work. It actually didn't hurt surprisingly. I just remember looking at my leg and it was all crooked as i lay there, knee cap on the side of my leg. When the nurse popped it back in I remember a relief at the release of the pressure that was there. Now the next day, whoa now thats when the pain set in.

chest tube by far the most pain i've ever experienced in my life. dirt bike wreck, broke my clavicle, cracked my shoulder blade in 2, and 2 broken ribs which collapsed my lung. first chest tube they doped me up with ketamine i don't remember that. second one, pretty much local anastesia and hurt like a mother.

This had to be painful. I was in a martial arts class and got kicked in the ribs. Ended up bruising the cartilidge around my ribs. It hurt to breathe, laugh, move, talk, chew....lol....I can't imagine having it ripped off. yikes.

Car accident split the back of my head open about 4". That didn't hurt, the only reason I knew was because my neck was warm from the blood. However, when I got to the hospital to get stitches and that #&$%*€ing doctor jammed the needle in the open cut to deaden the area to stitch it up, that hurt so damn bad I wanted to kill him.
My migraines are really bad too. Like can't do anything, except throw up. I do that often from migraines.

Getting that 454 dropped on my head this past Christmas. The pain in my jaw from getting a hammer to the face was a close second, though. :D

All the other crap I've done (broken bones all over the place, got a chunk torn out of my leg, etc) didn't hurt as much as either of these two events and their aftermath.

Agreed on the needle part. I sliced open some fingers a while back, and the injections to numb m hand before the stitching/stapling hurt SO FUCKING BAD I wanted to punch him the doc in the face. He injected that shit in the webbing of all of my fingers, in towards the palm. Faaaack.

    The worst, that's a tough one ...
I was awaiting my fourth head surgery and my wife wanted to go skiing ...
up at altitude at Crested Butte I damn near thought I was going to die from the pressure in my head, couldn't eat, couldn't sleep, couldn't go down the mountain, just laid in the dark with my eyes closed for four days

Hernia, that sucked, but I sprained my testicle having rough sex and again ... thought I was going to die

had my right subscapularis reattached, and despite the nerve block, the dilautin and the oxy, it hurt for months, still hurts, really really hurt

I jumped a chain link fence off the 5 on the Grapevine in flip flops and the damn twisted link got caught under my toenail and stabbed my toe under the nail in the nail bed, so when I jumped off it tore off my toenail, believe it or not it didn't hurt so bad, but walking around with an exposed nail bed really really hurt

got hit in the face with a baseball bat, right between the eyes, that hurt ... plus I was dizzy

jumped off a thirty foot retaining wall onto a pile of lounge cushions, it was great, 'cept I slammed my bicep on the wall top as I leapt off, compression injury, hurt a lot

and I broke my radial head skateboarding, well it wasn't the skateboarding or even the fall, it was the sudden stop, really hurt, having my elbow and part of my ulna replaced, I think that's going to hurt

got punched in the face by an enormous meth head, didn't hurt too bad, but six months later I had seizures on account of my fractured jaw and busted teeth ... the seizures hurt, a lot, plus my GF at the time was looking at me funny ... that hurt too

and there was that time in the cell block showers, ouch.
