So ad dips and pull ups to that work out. I did the Stronglift for the majority of last year. Got my "power" up to a decent level. Just gets boring after doing it for so long.

That's fine then. I just don't suggest it since coach rip states that he doesn't think he needs it in his book. But everyone's body is different!

Make sure you are eating alot of food too, this is the most important part! Gl on it!!

    This isn't "stronglift" :p

I know what you mean. I used to work for GNC. And it was all about selling certain products. Whenever you get someone trying to push a product on you it's to make a commission. Do you have a nutrishoppe around?

I understand its all about making money but I just wanna get my stuff and get out lol. No I don't believe I have one of those near. Dont get me wrong I love GNC I just don't want the education everytime I go in. All I gets mega men vitamin and vitamin b12. It'll be a while before I need protein before and the only other thing I may buy is GNC RAW Refine/Rampant

Yea, I don't feel it until the last two sets.

Straight* that's what I meant. I do keep a slight bend in my knees. And bend at the waist.

What kind of creatine do you use? I assume you've seen good results with it?
