It's not without some minor issues but is 100% awesome versus dust , dirt and water , and the occasional drop

Cool, thx. Picked one up tonight. Looked at the new otterbox, the 'armour'. Thing is a friggin brick, thick as hell and heavy

HD ended our contract with RIM and we were all issued iPhones...
Still learning it.

iPhone 4S though.

 

The Fré case will develop what looks like an oily patch between the case and the screen , something to do with the way the touchscreen lays on the phone .

It doesn't effect use , and you can't see it when the phone is on .

Sometimes the screen won't allow you to end a call , not sure why that happens but the work around is to hit the speaker button then end , that works every time

The only issue that persists and can be annoying is due to the way the noise cancelling mic works on the phone , occasionally you can get a strange echo sound while talking during a phone call , this issue I haven't found a solution for

Having said all that , apparently Lifeproof has been quietly fixing these problems with later versions of the case , I got mine when it first came out

Beyond all that , zero dust , dirt of water every gets in the case unlike the Otterbox Defender I had when I first got the phone , that thing was a joke

 

The touchscreen oil patch is a common problem for these type of covers and touch screens so I'm used to that lol. Thanks for the tip about ending the call

Every salaried manager SM & up now has an iPhone.

 

My phone carrier kept suggesting the new z10 for me. I told them that the phone must be a real pos if its brand new on the market and they are handing it out for free. The girl laughed and say yep

 

My gf just got a 4s. She isn't a "power user" so she didn't need the 5, and likes that the s had a better camera and 2x storage as the 4.


I'm waiting for the new Casio smartphone to replace my commando.

What's the spacing between the glass Brady?

 

3 1/2" on that side. Will be 3" on the next upper wall to be even, and then back to 3 1/2" for the stairs.
