help!!

the maintenance required light goes on and off when i first turn it on for a good while, then goes away after a minute or 2. What Does that Mean?

Yep..oil change. Its in your manual if you have one. If not , do a search on here. I downloadedit on my pphone for quick reference from time to time.. Tells you how to reset after oil change also.

 

no it usually goes on and stays on when i need an oil change, when i turn it on it flashes on and off for a couple minutes then stays off

 

it means it getting ready to stay on. maybe your 500 miles away or 750.

It will flash a few times at on starting once you hit 4500 miles since the last maint light reset. Stays on solid at 5000.
