Yeah, guess it does. They are only 6" wide glass pieces. Slightly spendy, but makes the house look better than that damn wall it used to have.

Welp, just found a tick on the pup and one of the cats (indoor) scooted out the door whenever I propped it open.

    What a great night

Drilled a 1" hole for a 9/16" bolt head with 7/16" diameter threads into the rails about 3".

Newel is attached to the wall with 4 4" wood screws into the corner studs. The one next to the stairs will attach to another newel in the corner. I'll take a picture tomorrow when we get the stairs posts up.

And no silicone. In the rails they have slot they fit into. I have little dowels(??) that can be cut down to fit to separate.

Was just wondering. When we use those for decks we use drop a small bead of silicone in just so they don't rattle :)

We could have done that. But so far there isn't any rattling on them. I have even slammed all the doors. If I notice anything I will attempt to put something in there.

Thanks Lisa. Trying to open the upstairs up a bit more, and it seems to be working so far.

No date set. She is the perfect team mate and the balance to my craziness like Julie is to Chris 4 times 4. I proposed to her in front of Cinderella Castle at Disneyland. Ended up getting on live Spanish Radio because they were broadcasting and ended up witnessing my proposal. Completely caught Gina off guard and she couldn't stop crying. No date yet have to get my truck paid off first. Then go visit my son.

    Morning Tom

I tested fitted the amp in the rear driver side storage bin and its a perfect fit. Just have to drill a few holes in the side of the bin for wires and it will look clean.

All this talk of added taxes in Canada reminds me of the reasearch I need to do on a simiar tax in Italy. It is a sales type of tax that I should be able to recover if my paperwork is filled out properly. I believe the tax is close to 23%. I will be looking to buy two light pendants in Murano and I know the price will be over $1000. The little reading I have done is kind of cloudy on the subject.
