    its not cooked because you gotta stick it in the boiling pot along with the veggies and then dip em in the sauces after you add some spicy oil and pepper , green onions and garlic then BAM! orgasm in the mouth. you have to try it. i've brought tons of people there and they love it. ive been eating there for 11 years
