Yeah they don't get it and it sad. He is working so much and then can bearly stand. His bones start to hurt and it's so sad to see. I don't want my dad stressing over work and shit. He is 65 years old and works more then anyone I know. Hopefully I can take over the business soon so he can rest and enjoy it

My dad just needs a 2 by 4 to the skull sometimes. For instance..he bought a railing for his porch. The box was 2 feet by 8 feet and light enough that one person could lift it if needed. He was going to rent a truck to drive 15 minutes to get it because "he doesn't want to bother me since he knows I'm busy". Bwahaha! Fortunately my mother waited till he went to work and called me to tell me.

Wow. He should just ask you for help lol. That's something my dad would do for sure. I always see him doing something and I'm like dad you need help and he is like yeah I can't turn the damm tv on haha. 1 sec later and it's on and he is like wtf, I've been here for 20 mins trying to fix it Haha. His old age is showing alot and it sucks to see. I'm glad your mother called you so you could go over and help. That's good. I hate seeingt dad doing stuff. I always wanna help and have him rest

I beat it into my mom's head that if something like that comes up just wait till he goes to work and then call me about that kind of stuff. Stupid to spend money renting a truck when I have one. He's always been very frugal..painted the house himself instead of paying someone, wanted a tractor for years but wouldn't spend the money on it, and so forth. Frugal I get, but that example is just asinine. Like I told him, I'll make time for that kind of stuff.

Oh course it's stupid for him to rent a truck when you have yours to help with. He doesn't wanna be a bother and ask just like my dad. He wants to do things himself but there getting old. They need to ask for help. I'm busy too but for my parents, ill make time. There more important for sure. They can't do as much as they use too.

Exactly, or in this particular case I have a truck sitting in my driveway that can easily haul that. I do do a lot on the weekends with my father in law but if I can do all that I can certainly help my folks too.

Any of you MT guys know of a set up that would allow running 35s without tons of extra undercarriage surgery?
