1995 tacoma 4x4 low power issues help!!!!!!!!!

    truck is stock for the most part. hot cams from comp cams, aftermarket locking hubs, tool box, hids, jvc head unit, two spl 10s, kicker power cap, kicker 1000w amp, 500w mids and high amp, kicker door speakers, kicker equalizer, 3 inch body lift, 4 inch progressive rate pro comp leaf springs, rs 9000 rear shocks, 4 inch coil overs in front with bilstein 5100 series adjustable shocks, 33 inch be mud terrain km2s, fornt light bar with kc hid offroad lights. cat back exhaust.
    my Tacoma is having issues. when you drive up the road and get the engine loaded it has low power. when you accelerate it lags and when you press the throttle past 50% or so the power kicks in you can actually feel it kick in and start picking up. cleaned mass air flow air filter good. no vacuum leaks or check engine light. hoping someone knows whats going on or has had this problem before. the truck has 287k on it. 2.7l lifted 7 inchs on bf mud tires 33s. hope some one can help thanks

    BUCKLE UP! It makes it harder for Aliens to pull you out of your Truck.
    Just a guess...Throttle Position Sensor. Also check EGR valve isn't stuck open or closed
