Ended up being the IAC. I got 3 of the 4 screws loose but the 4th stripped. Go figure. I just ended up cleaning the throttle body and spraying into the hole where the IAC is. It started right up and was idling high. I also got a cel for P0120. I cleared it but we'll see if it come back in the next couple of days. I took it out for a test drive and didn't have any issues accelerating and I got it to redline. Hopefully that solves my issue. Thanks again for the help! I really appreciate the quick advice.

Thanks so am I. Would have sucked to have it towed somewhere.

Well I don't have one and the screws are brass or something and strip really easily. O well.

Me and you both. I wouldn't have stressed if it was 3 days later as my dad won't need his car but I had to have my 4runner for work. Thanks again for all of you guys help.

So after about a little over two weeks I have gotten no response. I just resent the email, if they don't respond to this I'll pay the fee and move on with my life.

This is what they want you to do-pay.

If you don't owe the money, you shouldn't have to pay.
