    I went up 20lbs (clean) in 4 months. I have 1-2 shakes a day...if you can handle the food based on your schedule, then that's the best route. More micro nutrients, macro, and aminos.

    I think you have a misunderstanding of what a protein supplement is for. If you have "horrible eating habits" as you say... and try taking powdered protein you are not going to see any results.

    hack squat 5x10
    leg extention 5x10
    ham curls 5x10
    hip abductor 5x10
    leg press 10x10
    Stiff leg deads 5x10
    calf raises 5x10

    315 back squat to fail :) (hope you still consider it sean since i don't feel like following your workout routine)

    Old man was hogging up a shit load of 45's JUST to do partial reps. I shit you not this guys, he was not even moving the weight more than 6 inches

    So i been taking Yohimbine HCL along with my preworkouts for the last couple of weeks, and i find that i have a hard time recovering between sets and lowering my heart rate. so im going to start taking it post workout from now on. Also got a couple sample of Ronnie coleman's signiture series myo blitz i will be trying it out today, heard good reviews, we'll see how it goes.

    Also been taking you guys's advice on the preworkout meal, result has been great, no more dimming vision, lightneadedness or spinning. usually 2 scoopes of whey with 1 banana 90 mins before gym.
