ARB fogs help

i am about to order some arb fog lights, item 6821201. i found some on ebay thats free shipping. right before i ordered it said it only fits two models which doesn't add up to me, maybe I'm missing something. is this what i need for arb deluxe bumper. heres the ebay link.
