Sweet. I just installed the KC backup light kit on my Taco, same lights. I can actually see behind me at night now, it is amazing.

edit: Post up some shots and what you think of the Blitzpros after you install them. I might get those for backup lights on da hoerunner.

    These:

I just bought two single lights off Ammy's On for ~$40 each and homebrewed the easy wiring to the sPOD.

May convert all this stuff to LED at some point in the future if I have bulb problems. In terms of output though, they provide plenty.

I've got two of those as well, going to be my backup lights. Using them as rock lights is a good idea too.

Used ATO bedrail mount tabs for mounting, if anyone is interested in following suit. Adam delivered super fast.

Hopefully the issue can be resolved and the trail reopened. The problem seems to be those damn quad riders going off trail.

The bed mount includes an extra bolt for running a ground line to the frame, so you can certainly use it for CB stuff. Frankly though, mounting CB antennas in the bed is a poor idea. There's not much ground plane metal there. Direct mount in roof is best.

Yeah I've heard that a couple times. A hood mount doesn't sound like a bad idea.

You can ask me or Slimwood. We had quite a bit more range to one another compared to everyone else at a recent Shoe Creek get together. Running the same setup, Wilson 1000 drilled into the roof. Roof mount really is the way to go for performance. Has some drawbacks though, mainly hitting every. tree. branch. on. the. trail.

That's why I still use my firestik. If I used it anytime other than on the trail, then I would get a Wilson. I don't care enough to talk to some random person across the county
