gotta question for you guys since you know the area and are the experts. I'm about to order my lift and was wondering is there any shop in particular you would suggest to install it. My driveway is not flat and base housing kinda frowns on any major vehicle maintenance being done, so doing it myself is out of the question. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.

If I didn't go the supercharger route, I would have loved to drop in a 5.9 cummins. Yes, the 3FEs are solid, just a bit underpowered for an 80 series in my opinion.

Hopefully you get it running soon though. I will miss my 80, but I think with the extra leg room that the tacoma provides, I will be a lot happier.

Now I'm browsing for camper shells. Narrowed it down to ARE, Leer, and Snugtop. Always wanted the walk in door from ARE, but now that I've seen some of the other brands and models, I'm liking them too.

I've heard TSA in Carson City is reasonable. Quoted me +- $100 for my add a leaf... But I grew some balls and did it myself.. Long story.

    ...too much shit to list.
Anybody looking for a welder? I'm selling my mig I bought brand new. It's built most of my truck so you know it works!

    Hobart Handler 180, 220v mig.
I'll include the gas regulator, whatever filler is still in the spool, spare tips and misc gun parts, all the original paperwork and stuff that came with it.

    $600 OBO.

As always, I'm giving the locals first dibs before I post publicly anywhere else.

Since I won a mismatched pair of lights from Blitzpro I decided to add them as reverse lights.

A lot of the light from the Hawk 6D on diff is blocked by the spare tire and the fact that it's so far under the truck.
I'm thinking of getting another one of each and mounting two Hawk 6Ds up front and the other 6LZ above the rear license plate.

Yup sorry we are just messing with you. I've followed a few Tacomas just to try and get a better look.

I'd do that with 80 series LCs, 40 series LCs, and more recently STi's. I think I might qualify as a stalker too :D Now I'm seeing all these Tacomas and I want to see what they have on them. I guess it never really ends.

Hey Owen have you seen that dark colored 2nd gen taco with long travel around town? Sits super bro lean. Has a plate front bumper, I didn't get to see under the front so I don't know his set up. Other than the bro lean, I thought it looked pretty good.
Probably should have posted this in the 775 thread. Sorry.

I think so. I think I have seen the truck before, like a year ago, but it didn't have long travel.
