Those the pre-welded ones? They look good. Only thing I don't lie about them is no kickout

 

i have the same ones, i dont like how they are not angled...

 

They sit horizontal?

 

I wanted the kickout but the price was right and they will do there job.

 

not sure what you mean... look at them.. they are completely flat, not angled up at all. good i guess because they stick out, but id rather have them hug the cab nice and tight.

 

Did you install yours yet ? Did you bolt or weld, or both ?

 

bolted them on. still havent finished putting all the bolts in. its a fuck of a job dude. at least it took me all night to not finish them....

 

I'll get some pics up after the install. They will be like a step also for the wife and my Mom when she visits.....lol

I think i'm going to tack weld them in place and then do all my bolting. They're heavy bastards. Need some good bits and a good drill.

 

Have to be patient, one hole at a time. Hope i can position the drill nice and straight.

 

Pick up a step bit from HD or HF, it makes drilling chassies alot easier.

Let me know if you need a hand, Ive got a drill that'll work

Thanks dude, i have everything on hand. I'll probably install Friday night or Saturday. Going to buy paint now. Not sure what to use. Game time decision.

 

This. Step bit or Christmas tree bit or w/e you want to call it. Makes drilling thick/ hardened metal easier.

 

Got a call about a job with an electrician. Working all day tomorrow running cables and shit. Wahoo!

Oh I know haha. Trust me, I have wiring down to a science now.

 

Be careful on the drivers side. The brake lines are attached on the inside of the frame.
