Hello there guys I'm planning a road trip to California on my taco from Texas. I have two kids 9 n 5 n they fall asleep after hours of traveling(normal) so I'm wondering if there's an ingenious way to make them comfortable n safe :) any suggestions would help.

Well two kids compared to full sized adults won't be thag bad, when i have anybody in my backseat i tell them to sit kind of sideways thrn they can stretch their legs out, but with the kids it shouldn't be too bad.

Since you have an 08 access cab like me, the rear seats fold down to make a flat area to lay down. A kids sleeping bag will probably fit that area that they both could lay on. But, they won't be able to have any seat belts on. They will be comfortable but not safe.
