    I've done the exhaust valves before. The intake ones have never been adjusted because I'm too scurred to pull the cam from the cam gear and chain.

    Did the doc tell you to rinse with warm salt water? Mix about a tablespoon of salt in a cup of warm water then rinse your mouth. Tastes gross but does seem to help.
