Oh yeah, as far as "build" goes, I received some new stuff I ordered, but I'm a gimp at best. Doing stuff one handed (weak hand at that) sucks. I tried installing my CB but it just resulted in me throwing tools and blowing a main fuse. All I got done so far is one of the two fire extinguisher mounts.
    Safety first...says the cripple...

Swelling doesn't look bad. Fully open right over the AC joint. X rays look sweet. You can see the drill holes through the calvicle. Nice they ellected trauma stitch so that will look boss. I'm guessing they want you to wait awhile for ROM and PT?

    Thanks man.

Actually I had really minimal swelling considering the damage I did. I'm on couch detail till beginning of April. After my follow up we'll decide on PT schedule. Sucks too...because I've got some cool new parts show up that are just sitting in boxes waiting to be put to use. :spy:

    Sooo....started prepping for Moab.

Finally got a real CB, no more handheld. Still working on the install. Working one handed sucks. My buddy is coming over tomorrow and bringing his SWR so I should have it wrapped up this week.

And a new x-ray today that says I'm good to start PT!!
You can really see where they drilled holes in the clavicle here. And as it turns out...I do have some screws in there. They are non-metalic. I think the doc called them bioscrews.

Looks good dude. Absorbable "bioscrews" are Polyglycolic Acid based broken up by body enzymes, thus no need for hardware removal down the road. Fully Radiolucent thus look invisible on x rays. All about getting ROM back now. Bet they make you do some of this sh^t > :playball:

    Hey Jason,

Glad to see you are healing up. I still have to dig back into your thread to see how you pulled the break off in the first place.

Maybe by the time my truck is finally done, delays suck, you will be ready to go on a run too.
