    Locked forward?

And yes you can offroad a 2wd just fine. Just not as extreme as a 4wd. Lots of people offroad 2wd's still though.

Is a ham sandwich better than a turkey one? And does the bat mobile have cup holders? If you have 2wd and move the rear wheels up front when u get stuck will they then pull you out? Is destruction more fun than construction?

Tracks all the way around would go farthest if u could somehow make one side fo forward and the other backward at the same time for steering. I have a OR prerunner and have Hung with a z71 just fine but I realize its apples to oranges since Chevy can't hold a flame to a yota. It could be that I can flat drive tho, before this I had a base model 95 2wd taco and took bout anywhere I please with street tires. Knowing Ur limits is the key but a little momentum doesn't hurt.

You have a 2009 which has the electronic LSD so the locker won't be replacing the LSD so you will still have both. The LSD just won't do anything when the locker is engaged since there will be no difference in wheel speed between the rear wheels. But when the locker is turned off, LSD will have a chance to work again.

OME 885 with 5100's in front, TSB and AAL with 5125's in back. 30" light bar in the valance.
I was wheeling in red clay mudd (anyone who has drivin in red clay knows what I am talking about) with a bunch of Taco's from TW and I was the only Prerunner in the group. I did pretty good got stuck several times. My actuator for the locker was broke and didn't know it. Not sure if that would have made a difference (now it's fixed). Everyone running in 4x4 was running very good. I am running BFG AT's. Btw, there was a Baja edition running the same tires and did better running in 4wd.

It would be great to have a locker in my truck. But that wheel spinning up front will definatly get you through more sticky situations.

Although I did test the theory with my tractor in high gear out in the snow. Locked 2wd= 2 rear spinning tires, unlocked 4wd= haulin ass and lots of fun
