    Easy to explain - He is a human that made a bad decision, and it seems is now out of a job, because even if he "resigned" it wasn't his choice. Should he be a cop? Probably not.

    As far as all that stuff you listed skygear - Do you know the laws/policies in regards to POV use, lights and sirens, or what cases were being worked at the time when you observed those actions you didn't like?? Because at face value there are legit reasons for most of that based on response policies I've heard. The crosswalk thing...I'd have to be there, but if the pedestrian had to avoid the cop...Probably a bit over-zealous. But there have been times I've had to sit at a crosswalk and wait for a slow walker on the far side if a cross walk when I would have been past the crosswalk no problem in front of the pedestrian.

    And you chalked someone elses tire?? That is it's own little violation of the law, that suits your purposes....

    I don't know what it's really like anywhere else really, but where I'm at in nj, cops "break" laws all then time. A sense of entitlement seems to go with the job. The most recent news story in nj for corrupt police was the "death race 2012” research it if interested. Some cops are out for justice, some have a vendetta against the world for being beat up in high school. There are dicks at every job, unfortunately those jobs with power as well.

    There is also a video of cops responding to a call of a "man with a gun" on public streets where the gun and right to carry is legal. Cop asks for all kinds of paperwork but "law student" explains his rights state he dd no crime, is not suspicious of committing one, and walks away eventually. But the point is its scary that some cops don't e en knows the laws they are meant to uphold
