I'll be prepping my grill surround and scooped hood for paint this Saturday. I can't wait to get this done and get both on for the spring.

I'm :jellydance: of the scoop! The color matched grille will go nicely with my new BHLM :D

I was gonna do that but I ended up pulling them off and remaking my own decals in black to replace them. I like the smooth look and the different font

The TRD supercharger kit should come with a scooped hood. Didn't the old 4runner get a new hood with the S/C?

Not sure but prior to owning this truck I always thought that the s/c trucks did. I was wrong.

Exactly what I say when I swap the LEDs on the dash :anonymous: but those are done by a different company so the "cheaply" looking solder is only on the top console

$370 for an alternator from the dealer. I really wanted a denso but I ended up getting a napa for $184 and a belt for $40. changed it tonight. I got new spark plugs and oil for it too. I have a set of sequoia stocks to put on it tomorrow.

Changed my taco's and my wife's hyundai tuscon's oil yesterday with some mobil 1 ext performance. Got some extra filters to swap out along the way. I'm dreading changing the filter on her car again. It's a pain and in one of the stupidest locations I have ever seen. Its mounted on the front by the passenger tire. You have to basically pull the splash gaurd off to be able to get to it and pray you dont ever hit anything bigger than gravel. If you do, it is going to take out the filter and run you dry.

I've also been hauling wood for next winter. I've got a trailer load waiting to be stacked and about 2 cords waiting to be moved.

Next up is changing out all my diff and tranny oils. I did it about 10-15k ago, but figure it needs to be done a little early this go around to make up for past neglect.

I did this a few weeks ago, luckily I still had my old stock one to throw on my truck.

Wanted to do something different with the raptor mesh and flipped it over...having a hard time deciding if i like it or not. Keep the raptor mesh backwards? Or original style?

All homo. I'll see if it grows on me in the next couple weeks. May have to change it back later on. Thanks for the input.

Is that the Hilton on the Blvd @ VA Beach in the background?

And...I didn't get to see a shot of the raptor out...but I like others I've seen. Either way it's better than stock.

I venture down that way every few years. We have our rescue squad convention there every September. Never fortunate enough to stay at the Hilton though. Just get to ride by it lol. I like it down there. Much better than Myrtle.

Nice. Yeah I live about 4-5 minutes from there. Definitely nice to be so close to the beach.
